Acrobat Standard DC Application tools not same as Web

Question

I've got a user with Acrobat Standard DC licence.

The user does not have the option on the Application to Organize Pages, but when user onnect on the WebUI, he has the option to Organize Pages.

Can someone help on on this?

Please check if the option is available under the Tools tab. Share the screenshot with us of all the tools on that page.

Did you try reinstalling the application? Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version.

Try once to reinstall the application. Remove the application and run the cleaner tool. Reboot the machine and reinstall the application from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
