Adobe Acrobat DC Didn't Save PDF

So I was working on a job application, using the "Fill & Sign" tool, and was saving several times throughout working on it.

After a while, instead of being able to click "Save" I had to use the "Save As" option. So

I used that several times, and eventually closed my document using "Save As".

Now when I go to open my document, My changes weren't saved, from when I last closed and saved it.

And the one that's in recent, is not the one I saved last.

How can I recover it? Worked so hard on it.

    1. Version of your Acrobat DC. Go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC.

    2. Version of your Operating System.

    3. Does this happens with every PDF file? And if possible could you please share any sample files with us.

    4. It will be great if you could share a video demonstrating the issue.
