adobe acrobat pdf pack

I just purchaed adobe acrobat pdf pack,  but the link i got requested me to download acrobat DC.   I DO NOT want acrobat DC  and dont want to get charged for it.

Hey there,

 

Adobe PDF Pack is an online service. Which you can access via Document Cloud web, as well as through freeware desktop application Adobe Reader DC.

Acrobat DC is definately not going to work with PDF Pack service. You can try the following-

1- Login on Document Cloud web https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and can access the services.

2- Download Reader DC using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/install-reader-dc-windows.html

Good Evening,

I went to renew my subscription today but went with the deal they gave me of Adobe PDF Pack for 9.99. I purchased it and it wouldnt even allow me to perform basic functions in any pdf. I contacted support and thats when she told me that its basically obsolete. How was i even allowed to buy something that doesnt work? Am i stuck with a subscription I cant use? What are my options here? I need several documents due 4 hours ago and it probably just cost me my job. Im not really upset just left with no answers or solution. Please someone contact me as soon as possible.
