Adobe Acrobat Sign encrypted document forgot password

How do I reset the password on a PDF document I own? (I no longer have the original password. Document was signed using Adobe Acrobat Sign.)

If the document was signed using Acrobat Sign, the password cannot be changed. There is no option in Acrobat Sign to change the document password. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/44bJSmH.
