Adobe Cloud Shared Link - Dont want option to download PDF

good morning folks;

new to the "new" Adobe DC configuration .. like what i see .. what i dont like is the fact that when I post a PDF up, and obtain the link to post to our site, it seems to open and allow people to download the PDF. I have turned off the comment ability .. but i see no option to stop the download of the file. I'm sure i'm missing something very simple here..as for i only want it to be a view only file and not a view only and download. please let me know what i'm missing, and thanks so much.
