Adobe Document cloud for Microsoft outlook add-in automatically enablings itself after disabling

Hello,

Have some user at our organization that all of the sudden have this addin in their outlooks:

Even after disabling this , it automatically turns its self back on.

Clicking 'remove' tells me I do not have administrative rights to remove this , but I do I just do not see anywhere else to delete this add-in.

Where can i delete/remove this add-in compeletely so it stops automatically turnings its self back on?

Please confirm if you are using the application on the work machine. How did you install the application on the device? 

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of your complete workflow to remove the add-in and what happens after that.

We will share it with the team to investigate the root cause. 

In the meantime, try running the application as administrator. Check if that makes any difference.
