Adobe Export not working

Just bought Adobe Export convert a PDF to excel. It converts and acts like it is doing something but it produces a blank excel and/or word document. Tried multiple PDF files.

Any thoughts or did I just but a sweet can of snake oil?

    Hi Bill Frye,

    Please let us know if you are exporting PDF online or in Adobe Reader application.

    Are you not able to export any PDF or it is an issue with some particular PDF.

    I have tried both. All I want at this point is to get back my fee for junk.
