ADOBE EXPORTPDF não funcionou!!!

Acabei de comprar um pacote ADOBE EXPORTPDF para converter PDF para WORD e não funcionou!!! As páginas sairam todas em branco. É uma legislação do site da Prefeitura RJ em PDF. O que pode ser???

Dave,

Thank you very much for the information.

I have confirmed and the PDF was not an image as you suggested. However, when I tried to copy the PDF to a WORD DOC using the standard copy and paste (Control C and Control V) procedure, its contents was with all words scrambled like a criptographed doc, but the security information for the PDF was "OK" for every option, except for Document Grouping and Page Extraction.

Perhaps the PDF you uploaded to ExportPDF is a PDF that has the scanner output picutre of the text on the paper that was scanned.
If not OCR'd there is no text export (because pictures do not have "text").

Perhaps the PDF you uploaded has outlined fonts (the characters you see are formed by vector graphics).
Vector graphics are just another kind of picture and not real text. So, no text to export.
