Adobe payment problems

Im so exceptionally frustrated with Adobe....I've paid my humble 10 bucks a month off my credit card, but every time I try and access the software Im asked to pay again...now I cant make progress on a critical project because I  dont want to pay Adobe again, and again, for something im already paying for
