When I click 'sign in' in adobe reader it comes up and says

'A network error occurred while attempting to sign in'

however my network is still working fine.

I want to convert a pdf to a word doc. and must sign in to do this.

Can you help, is there another way to convert a pdf to word, or is there another way to sign in.

Hi adamb,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing in via Adobe Reader. Are you able to sign in via the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com?

Best,

Sara

Thanks, this should work, it hasn't fixed the problem, but at least I will be able to export my pdf.
