Adobe Send and Track - Preview Grainy - PDF view preference not maintained

My organization has just started using Adobe Send and Track for its easy send-ability, mobile view options, and quick download times for large file types. It appears that some files are showing up grainy in the preview. Is there a way to increase the quality of the preview? Additionally, the presets on the PDF viewing options are not maintained in the preview. Is there a way to specify view in the send?
