Can you point us to a web page which says you SHOULD get this. So far as I know, it isn't expected to do that.

Hi thereses,

PDF editing isn't a functionality of Adobe PDF Pack. Perhaps you saw the description for the Acrobat subscription, which would allow you to edit PDFs.

Best,
Sara

Thanks Sara, however my understanding is what I purchased enabled me to

convert pdf into word for editing, please see screen shot attached.  I

believe this shows that in the PDF Pack which i have purchased I am able to

do this.

Please further advise

Cheers

Hi Therese,

Your screenshot didn't come through, but I understand the confusion now. Both ExportPDF and Adobe PDF Pack allow you to convert PDF files to Word format, which you can then edit in Word. (Editing PDF files is what requires Acrobat.)

So, once you've converted your PDF files to Word format, you can download them from the Files list in your Acrobat.com account, and open them in Word for editing. When you download from Acrobat.com, your files are downloaded to the Downloads folder on your computer.

Does that make sense?

Best,

Sara
