All files in acrobat document cloud disappeared nor could I upload any new documents.

Since a few days a ago, all my files on acrobat online storage / doucment cloud disapparead. Nor could I upload any new documents. Though the storage usage bar is showing 1.84GB out of 100GB is used. Can someone please take a look?

Please let us know when you notice the files are missing from the cloud. What happens when you upload any new file to the cloud storage?  

Could you please confirm if you use the same email address to sign in to the community?

I started notice this starting late June, or about 3 weeks ago.

 

When I upload any file, I got Error of "Bad Request".

Yes, I am using the same email address. 

 

I also tried to access my files via assets.adobe.com,  I got this page and after a second it redirects to a page showing 401 error.

I've double check the email are correct and this happens no matter what environment I'm using (devices/OS/internet access).
