Am I paid or not

Hi,

On my PDFs is says that I am paid up and convert PDFs to word, however when I attempt to do that, it sends me to a subscription page.  I don't care about the amount, I just don't need/want to pay twice.

So am I paid up or not?  If not, and I pay the $24 for a year, does that meant that I can convert any of the PDFs that I've accumulated over time?
