Hi I am trying to compress a few pdf files online on Adobe Acrobat Convert, but I keep getting the following error message: "An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF."

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with particular files or any file you try to compress?

Share the screenshot of the error message you receive and the file size you are trying to compress.

If possible, share a sample file so we can replicate the behavior.

The file size is 4.2 MB. I got the same error message on several similar sized files.
