ASAP: Unable to save document in 'Organize Pages' after editing

Greetings,

I am filling the i-864 for my father. And if I printed the whole doucment and scan it, it will become very large and I tried to compress it but either too big or not clear at all. So I think I can remove the signature page and combine it with the signed and scanned page. But every time when I tried to remove any page from my filled i-864 document and it will fail and complain: Unable to save document in 'Organize Pages' after editing

This is really urgent, please help me ASAP. I paid the subscription but can't use this service.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please let us know if you are trying to compress the PDF or combine the signed file with another PDF?

You seem to be trying to combine the signed file, which creates the issue. Try printing the signed PDF to Adobe PDF.

1. Open the Signed PDF and click on the Print icon.

2. Select Adobe PDF as a Printer.

3. Click on Print and save the PDF.

It will flatten the PDF, and you can combine it with any other file.
