Good Day

I urgently require assistance as I was using Acrobat on my browser (specifically Edge) that I was filling in a pdf and clicked on the "Explore" button accidentally. Now it says "saving changes" for the longest time now. I tried switching my WiFi on and off and duplicated the tab, only to find it did not save ANY of my changes.  Is there anything I can do, as it still "Saving Changes" ? Should I wait it out or abandon all hope and reload the tab.

Any assistance (specifically of the practical variety), would be kindly appreciated. Thanks so much and have blessed one..

Hi Epic35699804l4n9,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

You might need to refresh the page if it is stuck at "saving changes" for too long. There is nothing much that can be done.

Try clearing the chance and cookies for the browser.

Let us know if the issue occurs with other PDFs as well.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
