You can send a file to up to 200 recipients in each 'transaction.' Hope this answers your question.

I was only able to send a file to 50 recipients and now it pops up with an error and says I've met my limit and will not let me continue sending the document. Is there a limit and how can I increase it if there is?

I can't figure out how to send even 50.  Where were you able to load 50 and send them individually?

Does the 200 recipient limitation also apply if utilizing the Adobe Send plug-in with Microsoft Outlook?  Our intention is to email a digital brochure to close to 1000 recipients on a monthly basis, and we need to be able to track the number of people utilizing the brochure.  Thanks for your response!

The Outlook plugin doesn't provide for the sending of trackable personalized links -- it just sends anonymous ones. To send the personalized links, Adobe Send sends each recipient a unique email message. When using the Outlook plugin, you're sending a single message to a large group of people, so they all get the same link.  Hope this makes sense!

One option is to break your mailing list into chunks with no more than 200 recipients each. Then you can send the file 5 (or more) times. There is a Forward feature that's accessible from the Sent Files view -- allows you to reuse the Subject and Message content of the email.
