Can Export PDF be made to work with Word 2003?

I have Word 2003. Can Export PDF be made to work with it or do I have to get later version of Word?  Printing on conversions is not looking right at times.

Not sure if this will help, but you might try downloading and installing the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack from Microsoft -- https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3

‌Thanks.  It looks like that is what it will take unless I update to at least 2007 Word.

Hi richards7595756,

"Can Export PDF be made to work with it or do I have to get later version of Word?" what did you meant by that?

Please elaborate your issue as to what exactly are you trying to achieve and what challenges are you facing?

Regards,
Rahul

After I make the changes on Word 2003 and go to save it I get"...docx as saved may contain features that are not compatible with Word 2007 Document format. Do you want to save the document in this format". If I do so, the font is substantially different in parts of the document as saved.
