Can I exchange my PDF Pack subscription for Acrobat?

I JUST PURCHASED ADOBE READER , WHAT I NEED IS THE ADOBE ACROBAT PRO. NEED TO OPEN FILES DO ADDDITIONS AND SEND BACK, FOUND ADOBE READER CAN NOT DO THIS . CAN I CANCEL AND THEN PURCHASE ADOBE ACROBAT PRO?

Adobe Reader is free, but I see you purchased Adobe PDF Pack today. I'm happy to convert your subscription to ExportPDF to an Acrobat subscription. You mention Acrobat Pro--is that your preference over Acrobat Standard? See Adobe Acrobat XI for a feature comparison.

Thanks for responding to my e-mail, I have been on the road all day. I would like to have my selection changed to the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for $14.99 / mth for 1 yr. Can you please make this change, you have my credit card # , if you cannot , please advise on how I can adjust or cancel the Adobe Pak and then buy the XI Pro.
