Can I get a refund for my pdf pack

I just saw that the Adobe PDF Pack has auto-renewed from my bank account. I was told from the beginning that I could edit pdf's with this PDF Pack, so I downgraded from Acrobat DC in 2017, which was much more expensive. I cancelled my pdf pack account today, hoping I might get a refund. I can't seem to chat or email anyone, so is it not possible to get a refund?

We have checked your account information and found that your subscription has been canceled. I assume that you canceled the subscription on your own.

If you haven't got any confirmation about the refund, then we request you to contact our support team via chat following the steps suggested below-

1- Refer to the link Contact Customer Care: helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html

2- Select Account issues

3-  Show me my contact options.
