Can I just enter a serial number? Serial number is nowhere to be found...

Downloaded trial, expired, purchased acrobat pro subscription. Can I just enter a serial number? Serial number is nowhere to be found, and it's not under my registered products. I bought it for the serial number, the download is stuck at 8- and it's taken forever to get THAT far. I just want to find my serial number to enter to my existing program.

    If you have the trial, and it was working before it expired, there is no need to download anything, because the trial can be "unlocked".


    There is no serial number when you subscribe. To unlock it, just sign in to Acrobat using the same Adobe ID that you used to buy.
