How do I save docs in adobe fill and sign on ipad?

Hi;

Any document opened in Fill & Sign is then saved to Fill & Sign.  Documents in Fill & Sign can be either "local" meaning they are only on your iOS device inside of Fill & Sign, or "online" meaning they are stored in your Adobe Document Cloud account and are available from the web and other devices as well as long as you are signed into the same AdobeID.

I did the fill and sign stuff, and it said it was saving a readonly copy, but I don't see those anywhere. How am I supposed to upload them?
