Can't access adobe converter on my iPad

‌I have just purchased the adobe package to allow me to convert a pdf to a word document on my iPad. When I try to export a pdf for conversion within the adobe iPad app I end up on an adobe screen trying to sell me the package I have already purchased. That screen just stays open. It won't close or allow me to proceed further. I have rebooted my iPad, but to no avail. What do I do? Or, how do I get my money back?

Did you install the Reader app on your iPad? If so, you should be able to log in from there and access the service. If that's not the case, please let us know.
