Can't download more than 50 files or 100mb at a time...

...makes your service a joke compared to competitors. I lost some files and needed to download them off of document cloud. What a bait and switch - letting me upload any sized pdf files and folders then only letting me download 50 files/100 mb at a time? DO YOU KNOW HOW FUC*ING LONG THAT WILL TAKE?
