    Hi white1740,

Have you done as the error message says? Once you open Reader and accept the license agreement, you should not get the message again.

    Best,
    Sara

How do I open reader? I feel like I am doing it and it keeps wanting to install again.

    Hi white1740,

If you don't have an icon for it on your desktop or dock, try this:

    Windows

    1. Choose Start > All Programs.
    2. Find Adobe Reader in the list of applications, and double-click to open it.

    Mac OS

    1. Click the Spotlight icon (looks like a magnifying glass) in the upper-right corner.
    2. Type "Reader" in the text box.
    3. Click Reader in this list of search results.

It could be that you haven't installed Reader. If you can't find the application on your computer, you can download it from www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.

    Best,

    Sara
