Can't open e-mail attachment

I have an email with an attachment that won't open. It told me to sign up for Adobe, which I did, but the attached

still won't open. What do I do?

Hi jhammer1,

Do you get an error message when you try to open the PDF attachment? You say you signed up for Adobe; does that mean you get a free Acrobat.com account? Or, did you download and install the free Adobe Reader? If you don't have Reader, please download it from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html and install it. Once it's installed, you should be able to open PDF attachments.
