I need to cancel my annual membership. Paid and signed up and received error's while downloading. I don't want to even bother and only signed up 30 mins ago. The chat isn't working to have someone cancel it

Because you just signed up, I won't be able to cancel your subscription until the order moves through the order processing system. I will note your name, and take a look at your account tomorrow, and then take care of that cancelation. But, you may also want to check in via chat again tomorrow (when you say it isn't working--are you unable to get through? Or did you get an error)?
