Cancel my subscription!

Can you please cancel my subsription. I have been requesting this since November, since before you started billing me. I have been told tht tthe plan was changed. I want this account deleted and all data held dfeleted as soon as yesterday. The support offered is absolutely terrible. Get me outof here now!
