I have posted in a couple different threads about Canceling my account and getting a refund havent heard anything back!!!!

Yes, I would like for you to cancel my subscription. I understand that I am pass the 30-day refund policy, however is there any way I could be pro-rated?  I am absolutely dissatisfied with this product.  I initially downloaded it for my school work, particularly to convert the PDF into a PPT. However, on several occasions Adobe is unable  to complete the conversion.  This has happened throughout the course of the semester and I am quite frustrated with the product.
