I did run into a road block. I want to cancel a subscription that's month to month payment, I don't have the money to pay a whole years subscription and I am still within the 30 day cancellation period.
I would like to cancel my annual subscription for Adobe ExportPDF. I have followed every step in the "Need help?Contact support" section but have come around in circles with every link. The online chat does not seem to work, and it directs me to the forum here. Please help.
