I have 2 Adobe accounts and neither one of them have any active plans or payments, I also have no direct debit showing and yet I have a charge for Adobe pdf pack subs that keeps happening .. how the hell do I find out what this is linked to and cancel it from taking My money!

We have checked the email address that was used to sign in here in the community. There is no subscription listed under this account. You may also check your Adobe accounts (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account.html) to see if there is any plan listed on the account.

 

As you have mentioned, you have two Adobe accounts. Would you mind sharing the email address in the private message so we can check that as well? Please also share the screenshot of the receipt with us.
