cannot delete pdf after I have read it?

I need to be able to delete a pdf after I have read it. I used to be able to do so, it is important that I can do so.

    Hello Elliotg,

    Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. If you are looking for the option to delete the file, then definitely it is available in the application. You cannot delete the file while reading but yes from the list where you see all the files listed, you can select the one you want to remove.

    For detailed information and steps to remove/delete the files in your android phone, you can refer to the Adobe article Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Managing files and folders

    Note: If the file is downloaded to some other (download) location of your device then it must have another way of deleting it depending on which Android phone you are using.

    We’re so sorry to hear about this. Can you provide more detail on what’s going on? Are you referring deleting the PDF file from the computer?

    Or are you referring to clear the recent the PDF file from Adobe Reader recent tab?
