When I try to log into my Adobe account using the Sign In link in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (I enter my user id and password and click Sign in (first image below) and an error message appears (second image below). I can log into my account directly at Adobe.com, but not from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Is there a fix for this problem? (I already tried Adobe Support chat, but was told they don't support Adobe Acrobat Reader.)

I'm having the same problem. And same thing, chat support said they can't help and don't support Reader. I'd really like to be able to open a PDF in Reader, and log in and convert it, and not have to go to the website to do it. We used to be able to, not sure when this changed or what the problem is.
