I wish to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have found it impossible to do so on the website. When I finally got through to a chat line to discuss this the chat was mysteriously discontinued. I read on the internet that many people are finding it next to impossible to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have wasted two hours on their website trying to unsubscribe. I am extremely angry with the situation. They have it all very cleverly set up so you can't in practice unsubscribe. In my 20 years using the internet I have never come across a case as bad as this. Adobe should be sued for wasting peoples time. It is a kind of veiled extortion hoping people will become so frustrated that they will give up. Any comments or solutions out there. The Adobe case no: I was given was  0216704294, for all the good that was. Please someone give me a solution. Many Thanks. Richard.

    Richard , the subscription has been cancelled and would not auto renew .

    Could you please share the email address under which you have the subscription .

    Hi Kanikas. This in the email I got from Adobe today. It was sent to my email address at <Removed by Moderator>. the message was as follows and clearly indicates that money will be withdrawn from my card for an annual subscription to Adobe. I never knew I had any account or subscription for or to Adobe.

    Dear richard hogan, This is a reminder that your Adobe ExportPDF account will automatically renew within 30 days and your credit card will be charged. If you don't want your subscription to automatically renew, you can change your account settings by visiting: http://www.adobe.com/go/acom_my_subscriptions_en <http://www.adobe.com/go/acom_my_subscriptions_en>

    I have found it totally impossible to unsubscribe on your site and I am extremely angry over this. From what I read on the internet it seems many other people are also. I have wasted over two hours of my time on this. Richard
