Catalan language in Adobe PDF Services

When I use Adobe Web service, I am asked to choose the language of the doc, and as there is no Catalan in the list, the result is very disappointing.

I tried with a pro DC version uploaded on my computer and the result is no better.

Are you running Text Recognition (OCR) on the file? If so, then yes, it matters. If the file already contains "real" text then it shouldn't matter...
