Client says adobe file is blank when open

I sent an adobe file to my client and I received email from adobe confirming that the file was viewed, but my client says it was blank and to

resend it again.  When I look in my adobe.com files under adobe send it shows up just fine for me, but not for client.

Are you still facing this issue?

When you are saying Adobe file what you mean by Adobe file?

For testing purpose you may try to send the same file to your another email id. Try download it and check if you are getting the same issue.
