Comments Disappeared after "update"

I lost 4 HOURS of my work because of your update since you deleted ALL my comments on my presentation.

I gave you a chance instead of going to slides or ppt and you failed so hard I won't ever EVER give you money for this or any acrobat related tool unless you restore them.

    Could you please share more information about what happened? Were the comments removed after saving the file, or is it not showing on the files where the comments were already saved?

    Let us know the updated version you are referring to here. Are you using the Acrobat Reader desktop application?

    If you can share more details, we will get this checked.

    Same here! I wanted to contact the customer service but Adobe does not provide any type of customer service for Adobe Acrobat Reader users... 

    If you guys have any tips or recommendations, I would gladly take it!
