I just subscribed to DC Pro - trying to compare documents - keeps telling me this operation is not permitted. Any ideas on how to resolve? is this a known Bug?

Thanks in advance.

Hi sd65894895,

What is the dot version of Acrobat Pro DC and OS installed on your system?

Make sure that both the documents are not secured.

Regards,

Meenakshi

I have the same problem since upgrading to DC last December. I finally figured out how to download extra tools, but the Compare Documents feature is grayed out. Any advice?
