Thank you for your reply.

I bought the 12 month convert to Excel/Word and it does not
work.

I needed it to convert a PDF document two weeks ago and it did
not work.

 

I’ve checked again several times since then and all I get is a messages saying 'An error occurred while trying to access the service'

  

I now want my money back please as I had enough and no longer need it or want it.
