I purchased the above product but for some reason I can't get it to work. It won't allow me to get to protecting my document and it won't convert my .pdf files to Word. I'm more interested in protecting the document at this point but need to know how I can confirm if I've downloaded/uploaded the product correctly to begin with. Thanks -

We have checked your Adobe account and found an active subscription of Adobe PDF Pack.
Adobe PDF Pack is a bundle of Adobe Document Cloud services. With it, you can easily create, combine, organize, sign, and send PDF files online. You can also convert PDF files into editable Word or Excel files. You cannot edit PDF files with Adobe PDF Pack. You need Acrobat DC to edit PDF files.
As "TestScreenName" said that PDF Pack doesn't include protecting PDF feature. To start using your service, you may follow the steps suggested below-
1- PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
