Conversion error for pdf less than 100MB.

Question

Just downloaded Adobe and trying to convert a small pdf file to Word and keep getting file conversion error.  I've tried rebooting my system and tried converting other files and get same error.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for trying the further steps. Would you please confirm, the conversion that you are trying is it online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? If its the desktop app then check the app's update.

Or if you are trying online, then you may check with a different web browser or delete the cache and cookies of the current one.

If it still not working, then you may share one of the file with us and we will test the same at our end.
