What is the exact error message you are getting?

Did you tried the same using a different browser?

Used Firefox.  Error message is a red triangle with "Conversion Failure" below.  Tried Chrome just now and it worked.  Firefox and Adobe have a problem working together?  Suggest a "Note:  Try several browsers" be added to the page.  Thanks.

No, nothing as such!!
Firefox is compatible with our products and services,

I would recommend you to update your Firefox browser to the latest version ( If it isn't Updated) and then Try Clearing Cache and History of your Firefox browser, Later try Converting that file again using Firefox.
