Conversion failure
I tried to convert a PDF to excel and it did not convert all the text; it made the text a picture. How do you fix this?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting conversion failure when trying to convert a pdf to excel, is that correct?
On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for export pdf (currently cancelled) that could be the reason you are getting conversion failure message.
