conversion failure

When trying to export/convert a PDF to Excel i get "Conversion failure. The file has not been processed".

Why? Have done a dozen documents before this one.

Even tried with one document that was already converted - same failure.

    Hi Christian,

    Can you please tell me more about this one document that won't process? How many pages is it? Is it a mix of text and graphics, and multiple fonts? Do you know how it was created?

    It could be that the ExportPDF service is timing out before it can process the document. If the PDF wasn't created from a scanned document, you can simplify the conversion process by disabling OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community.

    Please give that a try, and let us know if you're still running into trouble.

    Simply tried again and it worked. No clue why.
