Conversion from PDF to word failed - Please help (Error -An error has occured which stopped the conversion process.. I've converted other files but this one fails)

I'm trying to convert a pdf file (arabic language) size 28,000KB to word format but keep getting an error message

can you please help? I also tried the cloud services but keep getting the same error.

Try to reboot the Computer and then try to convert and check if its working fine.
