Conversion to Word failure in first document attempted?

I have only just contributed, in order to convert a particular document to Word. I tried twice, with each finally getting the message it failed. What now?

    Hi SindiSu,

    There are numerous reasons that you may get this error.

    Please open the PDF document in Adobe Reader. Click on File --> Properties.

    Under Description Tab. look for Advanced Section check the PDF producer. If it non Adobe producer there might be issue. There are lots of third party application which creates

    PDF document but they don't follow all the PDF standards.

    Also click on Security Tab under Properties window. Check under Document Restrictions Summary:

    Check if Document Assembly is Allow or not?
