convert filled in PDF form to Word

I've got a fillable PDF document that I have saved about 10 fields on it. I want to convert it to Word. When I do that, the Word document always shows the blank fields without the information I've filled in.

How can I get a Word document that has the filled in fields that are in the PDF document?

Hi GordonPrince,

In order to save data entered into a PDF form in Reader, the PDF form must be Reader enabled. Please see Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Enable Reader users to save form data for more information.
