When I am trying to convert a pdf file to excel I get the warning "an error occurred while trying to access the server".
How can I solve this?

It sounds like you may be trying to log in via Adobe Reader (we've had similar reports of this error). What happens when you log in via https://cloud.acrobat.com?

Ah! I see the problem! I looked up your account using the email address that you use to post to the forums. You have two Adobe PDF Pack subscriptions, and both are expired.

Hi Sara,
The subscription can or should not be the problem as I booked and paid for an Adobe System subscription (Adobe XI) earlier this month. I received the payment confirmation as well as the subscription confirmation from Adobe on the 16th of Feb.
