Converting from Word to pdf

I have suddenly encountered problems in converting a document from Word to pdf. Earlier versions of the same document have converted with no problem. When I try and convert now the process gets almost to the end and then changes to another screen (see attachment) asking me to upload the document again. This gets to the same stage and I then get a message to say an error has been encountered. The file has increased in size from previous versions and is now 25 MB so is within the limits. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

I want to confirm I have the same problem which started on thursday the 15th of januray 2025. Converting a word document into a pdf file... once it is draged and drop, it uploads until near the end and then we get an error message: please see attach image...

I have the same problem. I am unable to convert word to PDF (see the attached error)

I am glad that I am not alone! I have just tried to convert the same document but with the same incomplete result.

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please try with a different browser and a different document and see if you still get the error message. If you have the Acrobat Reader desktop app installed, ensure it is updated to the latest version 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025, and try converting the Word file to PDF.
